The final pattern should also be confirmed. Pattern files control panel size, seam allowance, pocket placement, zipper route, lining fit, and construction method. If the pattern changes after sample approval, the product may no longer match the approved sample.
Logo files should include size, position, color, technique, and placement reference. Packaging files should include folding method, polybag size, hangtag, barcode, FBA label if needed, carton mark, and quantity per carton.
These documents turn the physical sample into a repeatable production system. Without them, a good sample may not lead to consistent bulk goods.

Bulk Production Control
