Yes. Send the length, width, height, quantity, and approximate weight of the equipment. Photos, sketches, tech packs, reference bags, or equipment-loading videos are helpful. Pattern makers review usable internal space, opening size, loading direction, protective areas, reinforcement, carrying balance, and compartment layout before producing the first sample.
MOQ starts from 200 pieces for selected regular structures using available materials and manageable color quantities. Most brand programs begin at 500 pieces or more. Rolling systems, custom-dyed fabric, molded parts, proprietary hardware, jacquard webbing, all-over graphics, or several small color splits may require a higher quantity after supplier review.
A standard sports bag commonly requires approximately 5–7 working days after materials and specifications are confirmed. Complex rolling bags, unusual compartment systems, special fabrics, full-print designs, or custom components commonly require approximately 10–15 working days. Revision time depends on the extent of structural or material changes. International courier transit is additional.
Common options include 900D or 1680D Oxford, 500D or 1000D nylon, reinforced polyester, tarpaulin bases, heavy webbing, PE or PP boards, and abrasion patches. The correct material depends on load, carrying method, dragging, moisture, retail level, product weight, and cost. Reinforcement construction matters as much as fabric denier.
Yes. Rolling products can use corner wheels, inline wheels, molded housings, axles, PE or PP bottom boards, tarpaulin reinforcement, abrasion panels, corner guards, drag handles, and internal webbing. Wheel choice and base construction should be reviewed against the packed weight, bag size, pulling surface, balance, and shipping method.
The team first reviews the target packed weight and carrying method. Selected samples can be loaded and checked for handle movement, webbing stretch, seam distortion, fabric tearing, hardware behavior, zipper operation, bottom sagging, and overall balance. A formal third-party test can be arranged when the brand provides a defined standard or laboratory method.
Yes. Multi-SKU programs are managed through quantity matrices, material records, pattern versions, artwork files, labels, packing instructions, and carton allocation. Small quantities per color may affect fabric or printing MOQ. Share the planned quantity for every color, size, team, or artwork version so production feasibility and cost can be reviewed accurately.
Yes. Options include polybags, recycled bags, hangtags, barcode labels, FNSKU, warning labels, header cards, gift packaging, player-name labels, team separation, carton marks, packing lists, and master-carton labeling. Folding and carton size are reviewed carefully for structured, reinforced, or wheeled products to avoid deformation and unnecessary freight volume.
Yes. Qualified projects can arrange online meetings, video factory reviews, and scheduled factory visits. Szoneier can also cooperate with client-appointed inspection companies. Inspection plans, AQL levels, defect classifications, product tests, packing checks, and report requirements should be confirmed before production completion to allow sufficient preparation time.
