Payment Terms Guide
1.Deposit Requirement:
30% Deposit: To initiate the production of your customized bags, we require a deposit of 30% of the total order value. This deposit secures your order and enables us to begin procurement of materials and allocate production resources.
Sample Orders: For sample orders, the deposit may vary depending on the complexity of the design. We will communicate any specific deposit requirements prior to production.
2.Balance Payment:
70% Remaining Balance: The remaining 70% balance is due prior to the shipment of the finished products. Once production is complete, we will provide you with an inspection report and notify you that your order is ready for shipment.
Final Payment Method: Upon receiving our notification, you can proceed with the balance payment through your preferred payment method as outlined below.
3.Payment Methods:
Bank Transfer (T/T): This is our preferred method for larger orders due to its security and direct nature. Our bank details will be provided with the invoice for easy transfer.
Letter of Credit (L/C): For large transactions, we accept L/C as a secure payment option that protects both parties. Please discuss this with us if you wish to use this method, as it requires specific documentation.
PayPal: Ideal for smaller transactions or initial deposits. PayPal provides a quick and secure way to transfer funds, especially for first-time clients.
Western Union: A convenient option for urgent payments, especially for small amounts. We will provide details for the transfer process if you choose this method.
Escrow Services: To enhance security, we can use escrow services where the funds are held until the agreed-upon conditions are met, providing peace of mind for both parties.
4.Currency:
We primarily accept payments in USD. However, we can accommodate transactions in other major currencies such as EUR or GBP upon mutual agreement. This flexibility ensures convenience for clients operating in different regions.
5.Invoices:
After your initial inquiry and order confirmation, we will issue a detailed invoice that includes:
- Itemized breakdown of costs, including product prices, customization fees, and any applicable taxes.
- Shipping costs, if applicable, to give you a complete picture of the total order value.
- Payment terms and due dates for both the deposit and the final balance.
- Invoices will be sent via email and can be requested in PDF format for your records.
6.Order Confirmation:
Once we receive your deposit, we will confirm your order and send you an order confirmation along with an estimated timeline for production and delivery. This confirmation includes details about your order specifications, production schedule, and shipping information.
7.Payment Terms for Custom Orders:
For custom orders that involve additional design work, we may charge a separate design fee. This fee will be outlined in the invoice and discussed with you before commencing any design work.
Sample Fees: If you request a sample with your logo or specific design, a sample fee may apply, which will be communicated upfront.
8.Negotiable Terms:
For long-term clients or bulk orders, we are open to negotiating payment terms to better accommodate your financial workflow. This may include adjusting deposit percentages or offering more extended payment periods.
9.Late Payment Policy:
Timely payments are crucial to maintaining production schedules. In the event of a delay in payment, we reserve the right to adjust delivery timelines and potentially apply a late fee as specified in our agreement.
