If you don’t make the current style I want will you source it?

Why are your prices so low?

We get asked this quite frequently. I think the fear is we have cheap products. Our products are of great quality, and our customers love them and keep re-ordering. Not much thicker than the poster board, the print is just slapped on as quickly as possible, so missing print areas, are crooked. It is embarrassing. We will NOT sell those products.

Yes, We will charge a small fee for samples,but the fee of the samples will be refunded during the production of bulk orders.so the sample is free and we generally offer 1pcs for each item. You just only pay the shipping cost by PayPal,T/T, Credit Card,or Alibaba.

How long can I get the sample?
2-5 days will finish the sample, and 5-10days will arrive at your address. Also, we can help you send it to your agent, from Shenzhen, China.

Can I get a sample with my own logo?

Is the artwork for printing free and what is the requirement for artwork?
If you don’t have an artwork, we have professional designers with over 15 years experience, they may make your fantastic ideas come ture. We support free design.
If you have your own artwork, please try to mail it with the following requirements.
File Formats: Adobe Illustrator(.ai), Coral Draw, Photoshop(.psd), PDF, high-quality JPEG and TIFF with above 300 DPI.

What is your Production MOQ?

How long is the production lead time?

What happens with re-orders?
Good news here. If you re-order within a year of your last order with the exact same design, we take $50-$200 off of your order.Makes it very easy to do re-orders.
