Define Tests from the Finished Product Specification

A custom bag may contain outer fabric, lining, coating, foam, mesh, zipper, metal hardware, printing ink, adhesive, labels and packaging. Changing one component can change the relevant testing scope. Szoneier can cooperate with laboratories or inspection companies selected for a project, including internationally recognized testing providers or a brand-appointed service. The exact laboratory, test method, sample quantity and report holder should be agreed in advance. Coordination may include:

The tote required reinforced handles and a stable bottom gusset, while the cosmetic pouch needed a clean zipper curve and washable lining. Early lab dips showed different color appearances on canvas and polyester. Szoneier created separate material references, adjusted the logo thread color and built an SKU-color packing sheet. Production used one approved brand standard while retaining product-specific BOMs. Final packing separated retail allocations by SKU, reducing warehouse sorting work.

The initial construction created excessive folded thickness and high carton volume. Four colors also increased the risk of FNSKU mismatch. Szoneier revised the internal divider sequence, adjusted foam placement and tested a controlled folding method without damaging the shape. A SKU-FNSKU mapping sheet linked every color, quantity, unit label and carton label. Packing staff and QC personnel completed separate checks before carton sealing. The revised pack-out improved carton use while keeping the product presentation ready for fulfilment.
3. insulated lunch bag

A corporate-gift program had a fixed campaign date and required consistent logo placement across a large quantity. The original handle attachment did not provide enough support for the expected load. Szoneier added internal reinforcement behind the handle base and prepared a pre-production sample using bulk materials. A logo-position guide helped control print placement during production. In-line checks covered handle reinforcement, lining connection and zipper movement. Packing was divided into scheduled batches, allowing the earliest allocation to move before the remaining quantity.
