To begin crafting your personalized bag, we require a detailed technical outline as our starting point. Whether you’ve already compiled one or possess sufficient details for us to connect the dots, we can promptly provide you with a price estimate and proceed to the sampling phase. Alternatively, if your concept is still taking shape and lacks the necessary clarity for quoting and sampling, we’re here to assist you in refining it.
Our bag design service can help you get to a stage where you are ready to share your concept and we can sample it for you. Options below outline the stage you’re at and what we can do to help progress to the next stage of manufacture.
Option 1: Bag & Packaging Design & Technical Pack
You have a product that needs packaging, and you need to bring it to life, or you want to make a bag to sell at retail, and don’t know where to start.
This option is for you. You can have a conversation with our bag designer, who will take time to understand what you want to achieve and will make it come alive for you though sketches to begin with. Then once you’ve chosen your preferred route, we will supply a formal technical drawing which will include everything you need to have the bag manufactured.
What happens next?
- Begin with an initial video call with our bag designer to discuss your requirements. Prior to the call, kindly complete the bag fact-finder to outline your needs effectively.
- Following the call, expect to receive a design presentation featuring initial sketches aligned with your brief.
- Once initial designs are approved, final design CADs will be provided for your review.
- Your personalized bag technical pack will then be developed, allowing for up to 3 rounds of consolidated amendments to ensure its finalization.
- Typically, the design process spans approximately 2 weeks from inception to completion.
- Our fee covers 3 rounds of amendments to the design presentation and 2 rounds of adjustments to the technical pack. Any additional changes beyond this scope will incur additional charges.
Option 2: Original Technical Pack Development
You’ve seen or know what you want to make and need it tweaking to suit your requirements.
If you have a clear vision of the product you want but need adjustments to meet your specifications, this option is tailored for you. Whether it’s refining a previously made bag, adapting a similar design to align with your brand, or conceptualizing a new creation, our bag designer is here to assist you. With technical drawings provided, you’ll have a blueprint for pricing and manufacturing. Simply share the bag you wish to emulate and modify, or engage in a discussion to articulate your desired design for production.

- Specification is created with dimensions and annotation for manufacturing.
- Your bag technical pack is created and you can send up to 3 sets of consolidated amendments to finalise it.
What You’ll Get From Your Custom Bag Technical Pack
After consulting with our bag designer, they will develop your technical pack. This comprehensive document will encompass dimensions, finishing details like pocket placements and specific seam labels, fabric weight and style specifications, and clarification of your Pantone references for printing or dyeing the fabric.

After creating a paper prototype of your bag, we may return with additional queries to refine details such as fabric measurements and stitching requirements, ensuring accuracy for your custom creation.
