Yes, selected soft rolling travel bags can be evaluated. Development includes the sewn body, bottom chassis, wheels, telescopic handle, reinforcement, internal cover, and packing protection. MOQ, tooling, sample time, testing, and production time depend on the component system.
Nylon and lighter polyester fabrics are common options, although material alone does not determine finished weight. Foam, lining, reinforcement board, zippers, webbing, hardware, pockets, and carrying systems also contribute. Szoneier can compare weight, structure, durability, cost, and appearance before sampling.
Szoneier conducts internal pull and representative load checks according to product structure. Inspection covers stitching, bar tacks, reinforcement, webbing, hardware, fabric deformation, and attachment points. Third-party tensile or load testing can be coordinated under a defined protocol.
Yes. Available support includes FNSKU labels, FBA carton labels, polybag warnings, carton dimensions, gross-weight control, SKU separation, packing lists, and shipment preparation. Final label files, shipment plans, quantities, and warehouse addresses must be supplied before packing.
Szoneier can evaluate express, air freight, sea freight, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP, FBA first-leg delivery, overseas warehouses, split shipments, and appointed forwarders. Shipping cost and time depend on destination, carton volume, weight, customs arrangement, and urgency.

Rolling products should also include the preferred wheel layout, telescopic-handle height, chassis direction, and expected load. A complete tech pack is helpful but not required for the first review.
