#1: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following secure payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (T/T – Telegraphic Transfer)
• PayPal (for small sample orders or first-time customers)
• Alibaba Trade Assurance (for added security, if preferred)
• Western Union (only for specific regions or low-value orders)
• L/C (Letter of Credit – for bulk orders over a certain amount)
• Credit Card (via PayPal or Stripe for selected transactions)

Our sales team will confirm the most suitable payment method based on your region and order type.

#2: What are your standard payment terms?

• For Bulk Orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
• For Custom Sample Orders: 100% upfront payment.
• For Repeat Clients or High-Volume Orders: Flexible terms may be available upon discussion.

#3: Can I pay in my local currency?

Currently, we accept payments in USD, EUR, HKD, and RMB. For clients in other regions, our bank can automatically convert local currency into USD or RMB based on real-time exchange rates.

#4: Will I receive a commercial invoice and contract?

Yes. For every confirmed order:

• We provide a commercial invoice, PI (Proforma Invoice), and sales contract (if required).
• All documents will be emailed to you and can also be printed on company letterhead for customs clearance or tax purposes.

#5: Is my payment safe? Do you offer secure transactions?

Yes. Your payment is protected through:

• Official business accounts with Chinese banks
• Alibaba Trade Assurance (optional)
• Secure PayPal business account
• Transparent documentation and tracking

We also use digital payment tracking for all orders and provide payment confirmation receipts.

#6: Do you charge transaction fees?

• We do not charge any additional processing fees ourselves.
• However, bank transfer or PayPal fees are the responsibility of the buyer. You may consult your local bank or PayPal for exact charges.

#7: Can I pay after receiving the goods?

For first-time customers, we require full or partial payment before production or shipping. For long-term clients with a reliable order history, we may offer limited post-payment options upon approval.

#8: What happens if my payment is delayed?

Production or shipping schedules will be adjusted based on the date of payment confirmation. To avoid delays:

• Always confirm payment with our sales team
• Send a bank slip or payment screenshot for faster verification

#9: Can I combine multiple orders into one payment?

Yes. We can combine the payments of multiple SKUs or orders into a single invoice for your convenience. Just let our team know in advance.

#10: Can I request a refund or cancel an order?

Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted before mass production begins. Once production has started, only partial refunds may be available based on raw material costs already incurred.
